Here’s a nice lunch on Saturday. Felt great after this one. After a nice 1 hr jog.

Here’s a horrible all-days-calories-in-one-meal on Sunday. Sounded like a good idea in the morning, but after I felt disgusting of course. Body wanted to eject the sudden carb+fat overload.

It’s good to look back occasionally to measure progress. Here’s a set that will go down in the infamy. As someone who grew up slim, but abandoned health to live overweight since college, words can’t describe how miserable it was and how happy I am to be healthier now.

Disneyland on a Wednesday

Went to Disneyland for the last time this year. We aren’t renewing our passes. No reason. Good times. No lines on a Wednesday! Woot.
