73. 191. New low. Took weeks.

Exciting. After a couple weeks of not losing anything, likely due to increasing my protein intake, I am losing again. 191. A new low.

Found this fun new machine at the gym that will help me eventually do a pull up. Definitely can’t bench 191 now. The machine has a way to subtract weight. Just keep reducing that number, and eventually you’re doing a pull up without it. Could take a while. And there’s the next goal.

My farmer’s tan will need to be addressed at some point as well.
